Mailing address for service of DMCA notices is on file with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). Contact legal@sakgenla.co with subject line "DMCA Agent Address" to obtain the current postal address for formal service.
Signed-in users may also file a notice from the mobile app DMCA screen. Incomplete notices may be rejected.
2. What a notice must include
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL or content ID and type (video, music, podcast, movie, post, reel, story, live stream, or other) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA counter-notice to the same agent. We may forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a lawsuit within the period required by law, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, as required by the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
